Creating a safe workplace is important for us. Allpack has a comprehensive Health and Safety Programme that guided by local and international standards. In addition to this Allpack has in place a comprehensive workplace wellness programme that focuses on Physical, Psychosocial and Financial wellbeing of employees. The programme is run by the company nurse and through this programme wellness information sessions are conducted as well as onsite health camps for employees, through partnerships with local health care providers
Allpack Industries Ltd. Was the first local company to be certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (chain of custody). FSC is an international non-profit, multi-stakeholder organization, established in 1993 to promote responsible management of the world’s forests. FSC certification ensures that the raw materials that Allpack uses come from well managed and sustainable forests.
Allpack also invests in enhancing its energy efficiency, replacing the HFO run boilers with a biomass boiler, and continuously supports trees planting efforts within the local community.
At Allpack we believe in supporting the operate in. Some the activities include our Adopt a School programmes, where we support schools in the community in various areas such as health camps and tree planting.
